The Morris County Sheriff Department provides 9-1-1 dispatch service to the Borough of Riverdale. 9-1-1 Service with Morris County

A water rate increase from Passaic Valley Water Commission. While the Riverdale has its own artesian well, we do buy water from the commission to supply the properties off of Mathews Avenue, Route 23 and Cedar Crest in Pequannock. We also interconnect with that system during the summer spike in usage to supplement our supply. This increase does have an effect on the entire borough.
